Hello reader,

I would like to thank you for visiting Yugen Emotion. This blog is dedicated to mental health and I use it to share my story with everyone. Each post is tailored to suggest something I’ve been through while also giving advice to ensure that people know that they’re not alone if they find themselves going through something similar.

I have worked very hard on this blog and I would be really grateful if you were to take a look around. I like to think that the content I create is engaging but it all depends on your personal taste. I understand that not everyone likes all the same stuff but I have attempted to write about the things people have difficulty with on a day-to-day life. There are some posts which are aimed at or written for specific people but others are for people in general.

There isn’t a specific schedule for Yugen Emotion. I seem to just write when I’m having a bad day or a good idea crosses my mind. I think that this makes the blog a lot more personal. However, when I’m not feeling up to it, I request writing from others to keep the blog alive.  My co-writers have the same aims as I do with the blog and write to inspire. I can’t thank my writers enough for what they do. We are a great team!

My ultimate dream with this blog would be to be recognised for making a difference in people’s lives. I don’t want anyone to have to suffer the way I did; this is why I have decided to write about it and try to get the word out there.
